NC Helpline

NC helpline is available for people who need help coping and maintaining resilience during the pandemic. This free service is now available throughout the entire state. Please call 855-587-3463 to get available mental health help. It is available 24/7 to take your call.

 

For healthcare professionals, first responders and other health workers who are stressed on the front lines, the North Carolina psychological foundation is providing 24/7 support. Please call 919-226-2002 and a licensed mental health professional will follow up with you.
